Do not use this attorney

I used this attorney for a real estate transaction eight years ago in which I was the buyer. it was discovered during the process that there was past due and sewer bills owed on the property and a lien would be applied if they were not paid, so he had the seller give him a check for the amount owed, ...which he in turn was supposed to pay to the city involved. It is my understanding that this is typically how these situations are handled. I even had a family member who still lived in the area attempt to go by his office, which also did not help. I eventually found out that he was not practicing at that time because his license to practice was on some kind of probation, which at this point was not a surprise but very frustrating.
