Attorney Erin Charron is a founding member of Charron and Flaws, LLC and has been practicing family law for over a decade. In addition to representing clients in a variety of domestic relations issues, Ms. Charron is a certified court appointed conciliator through the Essex County Bar Association and a trained mediator. Ms. Charron is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a cum laude graduate of New England Law | Boston (formerly New England School of Law) (2004), where she was awarded the New England Scholar served as an executive case & note editor of the New England Law Review.
Before forming Charron & Flaws, LLC Ms. Charron was employed at McGlynn & McGlynn in Salem, MA working on a variety of family law, probate, and equity matters. During law school, Ms. Charron served as an intern to the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, Federal Magistrate, and also as a law clerk to a civil attorney in Boston.
Ms. Charron is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex Bar Association, the Salem Bar Association and the Middlesex Bar Association.
