I view the practice of law as the profession it is. I take the time to sit down with clients, gather the necessary information, and explain the available options. I timely return my client's telephone calls, inquiries, and communications. The client is kept informed throughout representation. I provide thoughtful, effective, and conscientious representation always mindful of the client's objectives and goals.
I have practiced law in Massachusetts for approximately eighteen years. During that time, I have tried scores of cases throughout Massachusetts in a wide range of forums including federal court, superior court, district court, land court and administrative agencies. In addition, I have represented clients in matters before the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Pursuant to SJC Rule 1:18, the Uniform Rules of Dispute Resolution, I am certified as a court-connected conciliator and participate in the conciliation program at Lowell District Court.
