A true professional that cares about his clients
Brian helped me negotiate a separation package from my employer. He offered me sound advice and stood up to the legal team of a multi-national corporation. I would highly recommend Brian's services to anyone.

What a great help to me and my family
Brian is a true professional and offers you the professional advice/services you need and in the most timely way ever. I had some real challenges with managing my mom's estate, as she battled Dementia and other challenges. The services were spot on and will forever appreciate the high level of service offered. Great advice.
Brian provided great help in two situations. As it became apparent that I might be terminated from my job he gave me great advice on what to do and say. And equally as important, he told me what not to do and say. In the end, he helped me obtain a good severance package. Brian also helped me negotiate my employment contract with my new company. He was was very responsive and helpful. I recommend Brian very highly.

Ongoing strategic and tactical advice for a whistleblower
I discovered that some of the products at the company that employed me contained defects that would influence their reliability and usefulness. Attorney Leahey provided ongoing legal advice as I tried to navigate through internal departments such as legal and quality. Ultimately, I was forced to become a whistleblower and report what the company was doing to the government. Once again, attorney Leahey was there for me, providing sound tactical and strategic legal advice. If it were not for his help, I'm sure things would have turned out much for the worse. It was my privilege and good fortune to have attorney Leahey as a valued legal and personal counsellor.

Excellent
I was fortunate to engage Attorney Leahey to assist with an issue with a former employer. Attorney Leahey is talented, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He gave me excellent and insightful advice and handled the situation to a successful conclusion, keeping me updated each step of the way. Although I hope to not need the services of a labor attorney again, I will certainly recommend him to others and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. Thank you, Brian.

Wrongful Termination Client
I was wrongfully terminated from my workplace and my good name was being threatened. I did not know if there was anything that could be done and was terrified with the impending effects on my future career. Luckily, I found Attorney Leahey and he was able to restore my name. He also helped me reach a settlement that was more than satisfactory. I cannot thank him enough for his prompt and helpful service. I could not agree more with what the other reviewers have written. I never before had to hire an attorney and this was my first experience. I would absolutely recommend Attorney Leahey to anyone that needs a lawyer. You will unquestionably receive the best service possible.

Severence Agreement
I recently worked with Brian after being laid off. I was concerned about some of the terms my prior company was asking me to sign up to in the severance agreement and decided that I wanted to consult an attorney. Brian was very informative and helpful right from the start. We worked together to craft a strategy, bearing in mind that I wanted to remain on good terms with my previous employer. Brian handled all of the communication and negotiating on my behalf and in the end the harshest language was removed from the agreement, some mutual terms were added and the compensation package offered was increased substantially! Needless to say I was more than pleased. In addition to providing excellent service on my behalf, his good faith estimate for hours was spot on and he didn't try to nickel and dime me for things like postage or printing fees. I highly recommend Brian, he was honest, trustworthy and most of all effective in what he did for me and I would not hesitate to use him again or refer a close friend or family member to him for his services in the future.

Excellent Experience and Great Outcome!
This was the first time I ever needed an attorney. Suddenly I found myself in a wrongful termination situation with a short window of time to find a smart, strategic, trusted and tenacious attorney who could help me net a satisfactory compensatory package. My former company was notorious in dragging out such cases for years until the person just gave up so I was very nervous about the fight ahead and braced myself for what I expected would be a painful legal process until resolution. And the exact opposite happened - instead thanks to Brian this was a virtually painless process. Huge thanks to Brian Leahey for being such a pro and really on top of his game. He really knows the intricacies of employment law and took a great deal of time to explain everything to me every step of the way. And he was incredibly responsive to all my questions and his honest straight-talk made me feel confident throughout the negotiation process. He really is a true partner to his clients and he really vests himself in achieving an outcome that makes his client happy. And, never did I feel like a meter was ticking when I called - Brian is really in it for the long haul and truly cares about his clients. I will absolutely use him in the future and continuously recommend him to all my friends and co-workers in MA.
