Valerie was wondering in handling my case. She answered all my questions and also took the time to explain the process to me in full. Valerie works in her clients best interest. I was very weak when it came to my ex's demands because he was a bully( and a cop) so I went along with everything he wanted to stop him from harassing me all the time. I even lowered the child support by 140 dollars a week even though Att. Ross told me not... to. I also agreed not to move more than 20 min. away(like an idiot), Now he is non stop with the abuse and sending people to stalk me. Thank God Att. Ross took the part about moving out of the agreement because the only home I have is at the Cape. I didn't notice at the time and neither did his lawyer. LOL looks like the joke is on them. She obvi knew I wasn't thinking clearly so she did what was best for me. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I can now move without another court date asking to strike that part of the agreement.
