Biography
Having practised for 17 years, I have honed legal research and writing skills. My favorite thing to do is to write legal argument and respond to challenging motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment in the civil arena. Most of my work is criminal defense work. I assist fellow attorneys in preparing current legal research and motions, affidavits and legal memoranda. All of my work is done electronically. I work on deadline delivering the very latest in current legal research on any given topic. One of my strongest skills is issue spotting based solely on a police report. I also enjoy preparing appellate briefs.
