I had a drug trafficking case with no search warrant, and i would ask for motions to be filled and she would come up with excuses to not file them and be very pessimist on everything , even for a bail hearing. I fired her and got another attorney and everything worked out good and had my trafficking... charge dismissed for cops not having a search warrant and obtaining one by coarse.
