Attorney Ilya Liviz is hands down one of the best attorneys I have ever come across. At the time I had broken my hand at a local gym and the owner was not willing to cover me on his Liability Insurance so I had no choice but to sue. The owner of the gym along with 4 other attorneys and law firms told... me I would never win in the a court of Law because I signed a waiver. But the last attorney I spoke to recommended Attorney Liviz. When I went to meet him he was so confident and not afraid to take on the case and fight it and that is exactly what he did and in less then 9 months I got PAID! He is the man. I hired Mr. Liviz to represent me in a Chapter 7 Personal Bankruptcy. Mr. Liviz handled this issue in a very efficient and personable manner. There were no problems or surprises.
