Sad to report he has a very poor customer service
Poor client service, does not return phone calls. I had to fired him, he seems to be very knowledgeable but does not have the staff to deal with his clients.

Replied last January 15, 2018Dear AVVO I have been taking this man's trash out everyday for three months, cut the grass, removed snow around his house and driveway, by using a shovel only, and salted the stairs; he has forgiven me. But, we now are both perplexed how to remove this no longer applicable posting (i.e. in exchange for manual labor he agreed to remove it and has been unable to do so).
