Been going thru divorce for 2yrs. My Attorney should of had husband Interrogatories 4/28/13. My Attorney received them 9/26/13.

I am not aware of any law that would prevent a marriage by two felons. If on parole or probation a Judge may grant exceptions to probationary terms.

Is there anything to do about a child endangerment while oui charge in massachusetts? The OUI would have been CWOF'd otherwise.

Yes, you can fight the charge and if you are found not guilty there will be no license loss. Hire a lawyer that handles OUI lawyers on this site.
