Wife is EMT. Hurt on job, had surgery, had 2nd surg. fired 41/2 mo. later. Doc. says "not yet" to go back light duty.. Fired !

No, do not plead guilty hire a lawyer and challenge the ticket. Pleading guilty can have lasting consequences.

If it was an illegal search and it sounds like it might have been the evidence should be suppressed. Hire a good lawyer to challenge the search.

Cops cannot come into your house without a search warrant, your invitation or some other exigent circumstances. With out the small details I cannot...
