I hired this attorney during my divorce expecting strong advocacy and guidance, but I left the process deeply disappointed. I did not receive what I was seeking, particularly regarding the value and division of the marital home, which I feel was not properly addressed or fought for. Throughout the... case, I felt unsupported and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I was hoping for someone who would advocate firmly on my behalf, but instead I felt pressured to accept outcomes that were not in my best interest. Looking back, I regret my decision to work with this attorney and wish I had sought stronger representation. Divorce is already an incredibly difficult process, and having an attorney who truly fights for you makes a significant difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Divorce is already a stressful process, and the lack... of support only added to my anxiety. Beyond the communication issues, I felt that eric did not prioritize my case. Important deadlines were missed, and when I did receive advice, it often felt rushed and generic rather than tailored to my situation. I needed an attorney who would fight for my best interests, but instead, I felt like just another case file in the office. Additionally, the billing was inconsistent and unclear. I was charged for emails that were one sentence long, and unexpected fees kept appearing without proper explanation. Transparency in financial matters is crucial, and I felt like I was constantly questioning the accuracy of my invoices. Overall, I regret choosing eric for such an important legal matter. Divorce is difficult enough without having to deal with unnecessary complications from your legal representation.

Awful experience. Eric spent more time advocating for my ex than he did for me. In 4 way discussions with my ex and her attorney, he actually defended her in a proposal where her own counsel was silent. He completely mismanaged my case, never advocating for me. My case should have been simple, but hi...s focus appeared to be on dragging the case out as much as possible to rack up fees. This led to a significant breakdown in negotiations and increased hostility between myself and my ex. It's an awful, awful experience to be jealous of the counsel your ex has in a divorce proceeding. It honestly felt like a 3v1 as opposed to a 2v2. You have a LOT of options to find someone to represent you, I suggest taking a pass on this one. You'll thank me.
