In addition to real estate litigation, I handle all other real estate matters including commercial, residential, long-term, ground and sub-leases, landlord/tenant, commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, zoning/land use matters, environmental matters, real estate trusts, development and financing agreements and bid applications, for-profit/non-profit development partnerships, mixed use developments.
