Attorney Blair is personable enough, but the other side didn't to take him seriously. I was told at first what the case was worth and roughly how long it would take. It took 3x as long and got 1/3 less. He said he made offers but then the other side just wouldn't answer him. I do not understand a p...rofessional doesn't respect a fellow professional enough to return communications. Since we were suing the another attorney over a fall due to loose footing, I began to feel what was in my best interests was not the priority. I still don't understand how one attorney requests an offer, one is sent and nothing. Appts were made for a deposition, the first, the paralegal took it upon herself to cancel, the others were rescheduled last minute or relocated an hour away then the other side changed lawyers. I was frustrated since it dragged on and on and began wondering if paperwork was actually being sent. The accident itself was on the property's security cameras and had many pictures of the conditions. It should never have taken that long. When I said I wanted all the attornies names so I could go to the Bar on this nightmare, within weeks there was an offer. He did ask me to give him a few days to counter before taking it, I just wanted this to end. Attorney Blair was apologetic, did negotiate down the expenses well and quickly. He did give a discount on fees since it was such an ordeal. I waited to detox from this before leaving a review. This ordeal just left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. The case should not be more stressful than the fall itself. For that reason, I would never recommend him

My attorney did his job effectively and efficiently... He explained everything to me in a manner that was comprehensive & thorough the first time... We had periodic meetings to keep me up to date as to where we were on the case & possible avenues it could have taken... Overall I'm completely satisfie...d with the outcome of the case
