Shanda Rae Kirkwood Tinney

This lady is a blessing! a blessing! a blessing! and did I say a BLESSING. I recently met her and her spirit just made me feel comfortable and at ease. My situation is tough especially for me not knowing much about the laws in terms of custody. I have met several lawyers on this avvo site and also a ...few in person and over the telephone who were not very polite and some who plain out told me they would call me back but never did, one who took my money and fed me a whole look of nothing. I am not mad at anyone for the way in which they handle their business but if you are in the people business I believe that one should have some sense of kindness, politeness and HONESTY in them. On to Miss Tinney, I do have an attorney abroad who is sucking up my money and giving me the run around. I explained to Miss Tinney all what I am dealing with and she decided to take the time to look into my case to see how she can be of assistance to us here in MA. I know there are no guarantees on earth but I believe that God is the greatest guarantor, so with my faith in Him along with Ms. Tinney's assistance, I believe that there will be a way to deal with this mess. Miss Tinney called me when she said she was going to and she emailed me with words of encouragement, always letting me know that the results can go anyway, which I understand. Any parent fighting for custody of their child should not have to deal with lawyers who plain out don't care about the case/situation but care more about $$$$ that they can grab from a client. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ms. Tinney to anyone needing a person first and lawyer second to help them, she is a gem of a woman. Her personality speaks volumes. I pray God will continue to bless this woman and may she continue to be a blessing to others like she is to me.
