I owe a grate gratitude to Attorney Doyle for taking over my personal injury case that was scheduled for trial on short notice because my prior attorney claimed my case was not worth going to trial and urged me to settle for $10,500.00.
Attorney Doyle won at trial with a verdict in my favor for $75,000.00.
He is the real deal and not afraid to go to trial.
I hired Tom Doyle to help with SSDI and he was extremely helpful with the whole process. He took a big weight off my mind and made it easier to handle a stressful situation. I highly recommend contacting MR. Doyle as he is very professional and supportive.
I practice Social Security Disability because I've been there. I was a plumber, got a bad injury and became disabled.
I became a lawyer to help people. Social Security Disability is a lifeline when your world has caved in around you.
I know the system and understand how hard it is to fight on your own. If you are hurt and can't work, I'll fight for the benefit you deserve.
I was a Massachusetts Master plumber, running my own small business. In March of 1993, I suffered a bad injury and became disabled, instantly losing my business and everything else.
My right shoulder is "fused" in the socket. I won't bore you with the gory details, but it was very hard for a long time.
After four years of immense adversity, I returned to school to re-tool myself, graduating from undergraduate school with a terrific transcript and a surplus of scholarship money. This led to law school.
I became a lawyer to help the disabled receive the benefits they deserve. The intense worry is still fresh in my mind. I remember how releived I was when my lawyer informed me I was eligible for benefits, after being denied two previous times representing myself as a disabled plumber. It was a nightmare.
I also want to help people protect thier assets with a comprehensive estate plan, as well as handle real estate transactions and buy and sell some real estate as a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Dusty Old Cars
I had an antique car that was on consignment at Dusty Old Cars in Nashua NH. The company filed for bankruptcy. I tried to reach out to get some information and got nothing but a big run around. This went on for a month and a half. Discouraged and getting absolutely no where, I reached to Attorney Doyle. Within days, he had answers and within a couple of weeks had my car back in my garage. After a month and a half of getting no where, Attorney Doyle had my car back within a short period of time! Thank you Attorney Doyle!!

Unhelpful
I am disabled. And throughout my first application, I was on my own. So when I was rejected, I appealed it. I got the decision after far too long in April.
The vocational expert ruled I could work.
I was too stunned to argue at the time.
Now I'm reapplying. Because I'm still disabled. I still can't hold a job.
When I called Thomas Doyle, upon hearing about the judgement, he made it clear he thought that my case was lost and there was nothing else to be done.
I'm disabled. I can't work. I have to keep fighting this battle.
And apparently fighting is something this lawyer is reticent to do.
