Mark Robert Veglia

Mark R. Veglia graduated from Suffolk University Law School, where he achieved Pro-Bono Honors for his extensive volunteer work in child welfare law at the Middlesex Juvenile Court in Lowell. He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy with a minor in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Attorney Veglia joined McHugh Law as an associate in December of 2017. His practice is focused on helping families, individuals and owners of closely-held businesses protect their assets for future generations. His practice areas include estate planning, elder law, business law, probate administration and real estate.

Prior to working at McHugh Law, Attorney Veglia was an associate at Wilchins Cosentino & Novins LLP, (previously, Wilchins Cosentino & Friend, LLP), where he assisted clients with all aspects of estate and trust administration as well as succession planning. He also implemented sophisticated estate planning strategies to help minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

Attorney Veglia is a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before the Massachusetts Federal District Court. Mark was also selected to the Thompson Reuter’s “Super Lawyers” list of “Rising Stars” for the years 2018 and 2019.
