I am a strong and compassionate advocate for clients facing the challenges of family and probate law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, guardianships and estate adminstrations. I listen to my clients' concerns and am empathetic to their feelings while offering realistic solutions and options.
Practice areas
I advocate for clients from filing to settlement or trial. I actively negotiating for settlement as well as prepare for trial if necessary. My experience includes long and short-term marriages, same-sex couples, amicable and high-conflict cases and domestic violence cases.
15 years
I advocate for those who seek to be guardians to ensure the well-being of a child or an adult. I also assist guardians in meeting court requirements for annual reports and reviews of guardianships.
14 years
Aside from divorces that involve issues of child custody, I handle initial custody determinations in paternity/unmarried cases. I also pursue or defend modifications of existing court orders.
15 years
Appealing cases that originated in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. I am both realistic and cautious in advising a client to undertake an appeal. I was recently successful in an appeal with the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Kelly is an excellent attorney that works extremely hard for her clients. I continue to be impressed with her abilities and effectiveness in the courtroom. I've known Kelly since elementary school and am confident that any person would be well represented by her. I recommend Attorney Griffin without reservation.

Every client I have referred to Kelly has had nothing but the most wonderful things to say about her. When I my close friends and family members have issue she is usually the first person I think about sending them to see.
