Biography
Robert Marshall founded the predecessor to our firm in 1977 and continues to serve as our managing shareholder. Bob has extensive experience in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, real estate, business law and employee benefits. His proudest accomplishments during his 40 years of practice are the many personal relationships that he has developed with long-term clients and other professionals.
Bob received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School. He spent many years in the life insurance industry before embarking upon his legal career and is a Chartered Life Underwriter ("CLU").
Bob and his wife, Norma, were married in 1968. They have resided in Lancaster, MA for more than 37 years, where he served for many years as Vice-Chairman of the Lancaster Board of Zoning Appeals. Bob and Norma have two children and four grandchildren.
