Review: Boston Divorce Lawyer Robyn A. Briatico Review
Dear Attorney Robyn Briatico,
There is not enough paper in the universe to allow me to even remotely print the prose of praise for the job you did in saving my life and representing my interests during this very emotional and painful life experience. I thank God everyday that I found you on the I...nternet. I had spoken to several attorneys already and was on the fence about employing any of them. From the minute we spoke, I knew that I could trust you. You sounded professional, competent and most importantly, compassionate with a healthy dose of realism. And you maintained those qualities throughout the whole difficult ordeal. As we now live in a digital age, I have no excuse and gladly take this time to thank you for the great job you did in handling my divorce and offer specifics where you deserve an A+.
Let's start with your impressive knowledge of the archaic, and downright father unfriendly code of laws which the Commonwealth has on the books to handle these civil probate matters. Though the deck is stacked against men in general, there is always some lee-way, or gray area so to speak. And, it is unique to each client and their situation. A great attorney like yourself, did her best work there. You were able to keep the lines of communication open during contentious times and continually facilitated the negotiating process. If it took longer than expected, the fault is all mine due to a severe case of the "footus draggans". The divorce decree is more than fair in regards to visitation, division of assets and child support, especially under Massachusetts law. It is something much better than could have been hoped for, even if left to a favorable judge.
You saved my life because you listened and heard what I had to say. And I had a lot to say, loudly sometimes. You were better than a therapist because you actually helped me to alleviate the source of my discontent. You stood up for me when I needed a strong advocate to push back against half truths and distortions of the reality. Just as important, throughout the whole ordeal, you never once told me what I wanted to hear but always what I needed to hear. The fault lies with a client who doesn't understand that you don't write the laws. Your there to represent their interests and you did a commendable job for me. Men are in for a legal battle when it comes to these matters under the Commonwealths laws and thankfully you were in my corner. I will always be indebted with gratitude and hopefully not too much money:)
Thank you,
David
