Marco Anthony Schiavo

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marco Schiavo in doing some estate planning. He was greatly helpful in setting up trusts, wills, and even in assisting me in making sure I was opening the correct type of bank accounts for my needs. He was amazingly patient, as my questions were numerous. H...e answered all my questions and made a daunting process much more clear and understandable. He was willing to speak with, and even meet with my family, to explain the process and assure that everyone was comfortable with the decisions being made. It was truly a pleasure working with Marco.

Simmons & Schiavo, LLP and Marco, specifically, have handled estate planning matters for several of my family members. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I have recently worked with Marco on Estate Planning matters and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Estate planning can be very complicated and confusing, but Marco has been able to reduce things down to understandable terms so that I know what to do to preserve and manag...e my mother’s financial affairs. He presented us with all options available so we could assess and weigh our options and move in the right direction. Marco has a calm and assuring demeanor that makes you feel comfortable. The presentation of the final materials speak volumes to the level of attention to detail that Marco puts into his work. My mother says he is “the man who knows everything!” As soon as we my Mom's estate planning is completed I plan to hire Marco again to do a estate planning for me.

Marco prepared legal documents for my wife and I. He set up our wills, healthcare proxies, a trust, and power of attorneys. Being unfamiliar with legal documents he made recommendations on what I should have drawn up and answered all of my questions along the way without making me feel silly for aski...ng them. He was very informative, professional, had reasonable rates and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.
