Are you living in Hell? Hire Marc, he'll get you out!

What are two things that can turn your life upside down? Someone messing with your family and someone messing with your property/home. You can't truly move forward in any aspect of your life when someone is interfering with either! Marc's firm helped my husband and I in a child support case from Hell..., and handled a tenant/landlord situation. Each case received thorough attention, and excellent representation. We went to Marc after working with a different lawyer. It's not an easy task to ask an attorney to clean up someone else's mess. So, he was working with a bit of a handicap and an inexperienced judge who was more interested in judicial activism than keeping family matters sustainable. Marc and the attorneys from his office that helped us were very experienced and familiar with those charming tactics and strategies the opposing parties threw our way. There were moments when we had little hope things were going to go in our favor, and the right thing happened because our attorneys were on top of it. We fought the good fight. And the only way we could do that was with Marc and his team. He was fierce, but knows when to give just enough to get compromise when it is needed. He also knows when compromise is thrown out the window, and you just have to go and fight to get the proper decision or order. These cases are many times a disaster because the freight train of Massachusetts probate court cases derail so quickly. Even when things looked like they were falling apart at a fantastic pace, Marc was able to talk with us about what had happened, what likely will happen, and how to handle it going forward. There are no winners in family law! But you fight to stop the damage. He was very generous to us because he believed he could help us. He was generous with his time, skill, and knowledge. Don't get me wrong, you will pay for him to work for you. There are no bargains in hiring lawyers. But there are is great value of having someone like Marc protecting and helping you as a client. The bottom line is if you are facing a life altering situation, you need to hire Marc and his team.

Great and honest

My dad hired Marc to represent me on my divorce. Marc was able to accomplish everything I ask for. Restraining order, child support, and my name on the deed and my x's name off the deed. Marc worked closely with my dad and I , taking emails even on weekends. Marc even providedo transporta...tion for me to go to court at no charge. I can't say enough about Marc and his staff.

Highly Recommended!

I hired Attorney Grimaldi to help me terminate alimony payments I had been making to my former spouse for over twenty years. Marc did really excellent work for me and I highly recommend him. I like that he has many years of experience working in the probate and family courts in Massachusetts and th...at he also has a strong understanding of the Mass Alimony Reform Act that went into effect in 2012. I appreciate that he gave me direct, honest, relevant and pragmatic feedback/advice at every point throughout the process. And, most importantly to me, he was clearly focused on getting me the best outcome as quickly as possible and not on maximizing revenue for himself. Marc was a consummate professional at all times when negotiating with my former spouse, which I think went a long way to resolving the matter quickly. He also did an excellent job of helping me through the labyrinth of my own expectations and emotions by being direct and factual. I felt his fees were very reasonable and never overstated and that I got excellent value for my money. The matter is fully resolved now and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case and the speed with which it was accomplished. Highly recommended!!
