Sole Custody/Domestic Violence/Great Attorney

Marc is an excellent attorney and classy. He, Sandy, David, Travis, and Chris are all amazing at what they do. They are thorough and honest. If you’re dealing with a bully in a probate matter, this firm can definitely handle them. While I have had to move on from working with this firm due to finance...s, I really appreciate all of the hard work this firm put into representing me and teaching me. Travis and Chris are young but don’t let that fool you- they are so intelligent, caring, and efficient. I know my case was a lot especially for an attorney fresh out of law school, but Chris, especially, knew it inside and out and never skipped a beat from the get-go. My case took approximately 2.5 years to reach an initial final judgement in what should have been a “simple paternity matter”. Whenever there was an issue in my case- they were very responsive, including after hours, early mornings, and holidays. My advice when working with any attorney is to be honest with them, have your evidence organized and ready, and document, document, document! There’s been a few times I was able to pull something out last minute that Marc was able to get into a hearing for the judge to review— often while the other side fumbled. Marc is ethical and he is respected by the Court- both Probate and District and his name carries weight. I know my case was a headache for all involved— and candidly, I’m sure it’s something that is still talked about at times because of how wild the other side was. While I don’t like that I will likely be in Court for the next decade at least, it’s nice to know that I’ll likely bump into Marc or another attorney from the firm in the future while there. I always felt a sense of calm when you walked into the Court to represent me, Marc, and I know others feel the same. And to Chris and Travis, thank you for the compassion and truly seeing the other side for exactly who they are.

Justice was done.

When i went to Marc I was scared, emotional, stressed & lost with no clue of what had happened to me specially alone & far away from my home country Nepal here in the US with only help of my family friends. The minute Marc heard my story, did the discovery, saw all evidence & went deep into my matter... he instantly figured i was used, played & betrayed. Talking to Marc right from the beginning i felt a sense of relief as he listened to me, he was very calm, supportive, clear & was extremely thoughtful. His attention to detail, dedication & he even helped me get through with the right suggestions as my ex had put a ARO on me, blamed me with creating all types of difficulties including taking possession of all my family assets & had total control of a joint bank account. I had lost faith & had no hopes of recovering from the emotional & financial trauma i was going through & the emotional stress my family went through at this time. The minute Marc decided to take my case from that day onwards i felt a sense of trust, kindness & along the way as i had more meetings with him felt a sense of relief & I was hopeful for the rite judgement & justice which finally happened for me, it did take a little while but i got all my family assets back , got compensated for my loss & was finally able to recover from the loss me & family had to go through. Made the impossible possible!

My ex-wife was literally making life for my wife and I insane for a long time. I told my ex wife that I would be getting remarried and my life went from dismal to bleak. My friend is an attorney and he referred my wife and I to Marc Grimaldi and his partners. Marc listened to us and was shocked to th...e lengths my ex-wife and boyfriend went to over the years to ruin my life for seven years prior to getting engaged, but then when we bought a house and got married it literally turned into a nightmare. Marc listened to our story, and I knew he was legitimate because he didn’t promise us the world, but the best possible outcome. That best outcome is different for each person in family law. Marc navigated the turbulent sea’s as a sea captain would. At times when things got costly he made things more cost effective and would do a real risk analysis on our case. He had two other attorney’s he collaborated with on our case Nick and Evey. It was a true trifecta for my wife and I. Even Marc’s paralegal Ted was a real help with many things. My wife and I would recommend Marc Grimaldi or any of his partners in his law firm. They are a cut above the rest, and we will be forever grateful to them.
