I started my own practice in an attempt to assist new entrepreneurs to jump cumbersome, complicated and expensive legal andregulatory hurdles when starting or growing business.  The cornerstone of my practice is providing clients cost-effective guidanceand business service that are necessary to build a proper foundation in a new or existing business.  I am looking to forge long-lasting relationshipswith my clients to establish a business “partnership,” able and willing to be at a client’s service 24/7 – always on call to providecounsel that helps meet expectations and achieve goals. 

To this end, I feel it is essential for an attorney to not only be proficient inlegal doctrine, but also to have that doctrine grounded in the client’sbusiness and financial realities.  Drawing from my business and accounting graduate education and prior business experience, I advise clients not only from a legal perspective, but from a business and financial standpoint to provide truly effective and comprehensive counsel.
