Sam began his career at a litigation boutique which focused on closely held businesses, representing attorneys and law firms, and litigation on behalf of commercial landlords and developers. He focused his practice in many types of business disputes, particularly those involving partnership and close corporation dissolutions and shareholder derivative litigation.
Sam also has substantial experience representing individuals harmed by the negligence of others. He has represented individuals in a variety of types of negligence cases, including premises security cases, products liability cases, and medical negligence cases. For over three years, he specialized in representing the families of children born with brachial plexus injuries around the country and recovered millions of dollars for those children and their families.
Sam most recently practiced at a law firm that specialized in all aspects of real estate litigation, and the representation of condominium associations and condominium owners.

Sam attended Simon’s Rock College of Bard and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts – Boston where he won a Political Science department award. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2009 where he was the Production Editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
Sam is admitted to all state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Sam has litigated on behalf of clients in over 20 states and has taken cases to verdict in numerous states.
Sam lives in Brookline with his wife and son.
