Allen J. Margulis

Attorney Allen J. Margulis is an experienced estate planning attorney whose practice focuses in the areas of Estate, Tax and Business Planning. By coupling his 18 years of experience in tax and accounting with his 8 years of experience in law, Allen is able to provide his clients with a complete and comprehensive strategic plan aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of his clients. He's dedicated to providing all of his clients with superior service, no matter what their estate consists of.

Allen received his Bachelor of Science in Finance (1995) and Masters of Science and Taxation with Honors (1997) from Northeastern University and his Juris Doctorate (2000) from Suffolk University Law School. While pursuing his academic degrees, Allen continued to hone his skills in business, accounting and law by working full-time in many renowned businesses.

Allen's desire to educate his clients is only paralleled by his desire to educate future professionals. He has accomplished this by being an Adjunct Professor at Emmanuel College and Northeastern University, as well as being a frequent guest lecturer for the graduate tax program. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, Member: Taxation; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Business Law; Health Law and Law Practice Management section member, Massachusetts Bar Association, National Society of Accountants, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys including Massachusetts Chapter, Boston Estate Planning Council, Member of the Bar- Commonwealth of Massachusetts, admitted, 2001, Wealth Counsel Advisors Forum and WealthCounsel, LLC.

On his days off, Allen enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Heather, his son, Samuel, and his dog "Fozzie".
