His philosophy: “always have meeting to go when people want you to work “ hire someone you don’t feel nervous to bother . So many great lawyers. This one doesn’t care.

Real estate purchase

Very poor communication,through home purchase.Still never received my mailed closing documents,since closing date on 7-7-20,takes his time getting back to you,caused me + wife a lot of stress being 1st time home buyers.Will never use him again.

Real estate closing

Mulcahy has no idea what ethics are... paid note in full in timely fashion... 6 months later NO DOCUMENTATION WHATSOEVER I cant even find where the deed was filed... if it ever was! He does not respond as promised Does not return emails Mailbox is full!!! Worst expetience for a real estate transa...ction I have ever experienced!!

Worst experience of our lives

I guess it all depends on which attorney you end up dealing with from Kriss Law. We made the horrific choice of using Alex Mulcahy to by our home and without a doubt he is one of the worst attorneys I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He drops the ball constantly. He never answers his ph...ones, his mailboxes are full so you can't leave messages, he does not return emails sent to him and doesn't bother to answer texts either. This took what was supposed to be an exciting time and experience in our lives and turned it into pure hell!! Find another attorney people this is not worth $5 let alone $500!!!!!!!!!!!
