In 2017, I suffered two finger injuries on the job that required surgery and lots of physical therapy. Michael Kaplan helped me navigate the complexities of dealing with the insurance companies. From start to finish he worked tirelessly to get me compensation. He made sure I received weekly checks and that all medical bills were paid. Simply put he made the process super easy and seamless. Excellent Team!
Michael and his staff were amazing! They were so helpful over this process. I was in a car accident two years ago and they have been nothing but wonderful. I know if I ever need legal assistance again, I’ll be going to Mike!

I’ve worked with Mike on 2 separate occasions. Both times he gave me excellent, realistic advice. As the cases were pending he was very responsive whenever I had a question. He knows his way around personal injury law and worked diligently to get the best settlement. Additionally, his staff is excellent about dealing with some of the administrative issues that would drive a layperson crazy. I would give him my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to refer him to a friend or family member.
