Amy Katherine Vaughn

I found Amy Vaughn to be difficult to work with. She did not listen to my concerns and I was left with large legal bills and little response to what I needed to find out about unaccounted money in the estate. When we met in her office she placed a timer in front of me and I felt rushed and distract...ed. She recommended a joint business valuation which makes little sense when assets are suspected to be hidden. I believe she simply wanted to reach a cookie cutter settlement despite losses I would suffer.

Amy is a very professional and hardworking attorney. She fights to help you. Amy will do what is necessary to get you to a reasonable outcome and settlement. Her knowledge of divorce law is outstanding. She had fought to help me keep some money that was inherited from my family and I was able t...o keep most of it. Amy was also able to keep the ridiculous wishes of my ex's lawyer from happening. She is able to deal with her very well, but professionally at the sam time. At times I was not so easy to deal with, but Amy remained very professional and handled me very well too. She was able to advise me well in some situations that were difficult with making a decision. Amy didn't fail to do anything for me. She was very thorough in everything she did. She was very good in keeping in touch with by email or a phone call. Sometimes when she was not in her office, she was good about making sure she got back to me. I cannot express how hard she works for you. Amy is definitely your greatest advocate for you when you are in a divorce and a rough time in your life. I was very satisfied with my outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone who needs her services to represent you in a divorce.
