Amy Katherine Vaughn

Hands down I would hire Amy again ...in a second. She explained things to me clearly, she was extremely thorough/ organized/ and well prepared, direct but polite with opposing counsel, and she was creative in her problem solving. But the best part was that she was so compassionate and empathetic fo...r me and my situation. I really felt like I had someone who was looking out for my best interest the entire time. She didn't sugar coat things and was straight up about things that came up - but she knew how to deliver this information in a way that helped me move forward.

I found Amy Vaughn to be difficult to work with. She did not listen to my concerns and I was left with large legal bills and little response to what I needed to find out about unaccounted money in the estate. When we met in her office she placed a timer in front of me and I felt rushed and distract...ed. She recommended a joint business valuation which makes little sense when assets are suspected to be hidden. I believe she simply wanted to reach a cookie cutter settlement despite losses I would suffer.
