One of the biggest takeaways I have from my experience working with Rebecca, as she drew up our entire estate plan, trust, proxies, etc. is that she makes sure that the complex issues are made simple, and that I understand what the instruments are intended to do so clearly, that I would feel comforta...ble explaining them to others. She breaks it down into very consumable language, uses real life scenario examples to illustrate potential outcomes, and really tries to make sure to get to the core of the intent, which may not always come out on the first try of my explanation. I felt well-ushered throughout the project, and walked away feeling confident and covered, knowing my wishes will be well-represented when the time comes to implement the documents.
