Attorney DeGelleke used his legal expertise to address what's called a CVB violation which stands for Central Violations Bureau. Matters such as these are usually a traffic viol...ation issued by Federal Police, however, the CVB in this case, was a malicious accusation of disorderly conduct which needed to be handled in Federal court.
