I cannot recommend this attorney based on my experience. In my opinion, he mishandled my case and failed to do what he said he would do. He had me sign a document that, in my opinion, he did not fully understand himself, and I was very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. During my repres...entation, he disclosed information to a third party in a way I believed was inappropriate. I filed a complaint with the Board of Bar Overseers, and the matter resulted in an admonition. I also had to file a court action to enforce the fee arbitration provision in our contract. The Superior Court ruled in my favor, and that decision was affirmed on appeal. The courts awarded me more than $4,000, which, to my knowledge, has not been paid. In addition, the Fee Arbitration Board awarded me $5,000. Although our agreement stated that he would abide by the arbitration decision, that award has also not been paid, to my knowledge. During this process, he told me that if I continued pursuing payment, he would file for bankruptcy. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again. I encourage anyone considering retaining him to carefully review his disciplinary history, court records, and fee agreement before making a decision.
