Mr. Lukowiak is the best attorney out there. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, but with a bull dog personality. He will fight for you till the end, no matter how difficult. I had the pleasure of working with him for a couple of years and he got me everything I wanted/deserved and more. Sometim...es that is not the case for everyone but Mr. Lukowiak was determined to get me to the finish line. He took on my messy case mid-term after my prior attorney was not equipped to fight this battle. Where do I begin... I was so ready to give up on everything and just hand my son over to my ex-which I know/knew was the stupidest thing I could have ever done in my life. I was so exhausted by the lies, the taunting, the horrible comments etc. constantly being spewed at me by my ex. It was as if, I ...was fighting this unbeatable monster in and outside of court, I was ready to give up, even with me being a fighter-and never giving up easily anything!!! Jim helped me with a child custody case, which we won. Being the father, sometimes you feel the deck is stacked against you. I always felt like I was being advised to "take the high road", but Jim had a different course of action.
