William Blake Bentley has helped me to probate two different estates. In one of the estate probates Blake provided guidance after much of the preliminary work had already been done. In this case he was willing to set a specific reasonable flat fee and advise me as to how to finish up the probate o...f the estate. In the second estate Blake was hired to do the entire probate of the estate from the beginning. He has done an excellent job in meeting the legal requirements necessary to set up the probate with the court. For this estate he has been hired at a reasonable hourly rate . Blake has been especially prompt to respond (most often within 24 hours) to any and all questions by the estate’s personal representative. His answers are complete and easy to understand.
