Once the divorce is finalized you should transfer the case to a waiver based filing.
Applied for wife I-130 visa still now prosesing then I loss my job because of covid-19 it is ok to take unemployment benefits ?

You would not file I90 but the I751 90 days before 2 year anniversary of obtaining green card.
