Chapter 7 would not have been possible without Attorney Trask

In September of 2010 i was faced with the harsh reality that my finances were in complete disarray. I had a business that failed 2 years prior, an investment property that I was about to lose via foreclosure, my primary residence mortgage payments, auto loan and $100,000 in credit card debt that I ...was delinquent on. I reached out to friends and family for references as I knew bankruptcy was becoming my only solution to a fresh start. I met with many different attorneys who specialized in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Some refused my case because of it's complexity, others told me if they took my case we would fail, one just laughed at me, and then i had the good fortune of meeting with Matthew Trask and his firm. Matthew was very straight forward and honest from our first meeting and throughout the whole process. He helped me understand the different obstacles we could face and explained the uniqueness of my case. He and his staff consistently answered my questions, concerns and helped me through this painful process. In the end I would not have been able to complete the discharge of all the debts i mentioned above and complete a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy without Matthew Trask's assistance. He has helped me get a fresh start on my life and I highly recommend him. Sincerely, Mike Newton, MA

Chapter 7 bankruptcy lawyer | Aug 28

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Although Attorney Trask specializes in bankruptcy and debt collection, his strong interdisciplinary background, including his experience in criminal and family law, provides him with unique insight into crisis planning and conflict of law scenarios. I have consulted with Attorney Trask numerous times in my family law practice to obtain his input on the possible impact of bankruptcy where the parties are engaged in ongoing, often contentious divorce proceedings. His understanding of the complex interplay between divorce and bankruptcy has proven invaluable in scenarios where clients must choose between filing for bankruptcy individually or jointly prior to completing their divorce, or individually after the divorce has concluded. Attorney Trask is a trusted colleague and skilled attorney who I have no hesitation endorsing in all respects."
