Danny Richard is a Fake, all he knows is how to loose a case, he wants your money and has no clue on how to defend you. He's never on time, and smells bad. Unexperiance, and doesn't know how to speak up in court. He's money hungry and don't know how to defend people. All he thinks about is walking of...f with your money. He is a terrible lawyer, they should pull his license to practice. He doesn't return phone calls, and is clueless in a court room. I loss was losing my case, I fired Danny Richard and got a lawyer and paid alot less than $3000. I won the case with a new lawyer.

This attorney asked for a $2000 retainer for a simple parenting time that was already written by the court. This attorney just need to add a child to existing court order and make the pick up and drops off's at a public place. The first day we went to the court in got into a arrugement with the proba...tion department clerk. It was a huge embarrassment. He was very unprofessional. The judge was very upset. This attorney repeats himself over and over and doesn't make any sense. He comes in to court late and looks like he has been drinking all night. He smokes and his breath is just gross. This attorney did not ACCOMPLISH any of the simple request that my son had and did not refund any of the $2000 retainer that was given to him the first day. He is very unprofessional and is very bad at returning phone calls.
