I had to have a will, power of attorney and a health care proxy done. I got a free consultation for over 1&1/2 hours and they answered all my questions. The lawyer spoke to me in a way I could understand and the staff there was very, very kind. I didn't even realize that I could also protect my ho...use too and had been to another lawyer before who didn't specialize in elder law and was never told about any protection in case we needed nursing home care. They gave us what we needed to feel safe. I'm glad that I went there and told many of our friends about them. I would recommend them to other seniors

He was supposed to follow through on assisting an elderly person's debt case but never did. After speaking with his assistant, she told us we'd now have to pay $250/hour for his further assistance. Big disappointment from what he told us at the local senior center when he held his "free" consulta...tions.
