I hired Mark for an OUI charge received last year. From the very beginning Mark was to the point; he has a great understanding and knowledge of the system and was able to articulate and map out what each step would be. He was clear about all the possible outcomes... whether they would be good or bad.... Because of COVID, my case was dragged out almost a year and Mark was always able to make the time for me to take any calls with questions throughout the duration of my case.
