After having been recommended to contact Mark Monopoli for my DUI case I am so glad he took my case. He was an extremely down to earth gentleman and very honest and to the point. He made sure I understood everything that was going to be happening and thankfully took the time to practice my case. ...I couldn't be happier to have met and worked with Mr. Monopoli, was a great guy and knows what he's doing. Now, business, Mark was an absolute rock star as far as I am concerned, his ethics..., manner and treatment of his client was exceptional! I have never faced the road I went down , and then Covid hit! Mark and his office kept in touch and made sure I was not forgotten and my case would be resolved! My incident was almost 2 years ago! Mark Monopoli is a fantastic lawyer and personable person. I got myself into a terrible OUI/Negligent Operation (115mph) case, and with his guidance and expertise, I was found Not Guilty on the OUI and a small penalty/classes on the Negligent Opp. Absolute best case scenario, and it is thanks to Mark.... Couldn't recommend him enough!

Mark Monopoli is second to none, specifically in the OUI department. Very thorough with each step of the trial process, explains every little detail and puts his clients in the best position possible. Clearly very very knowledgeable in the OUI investigation training that is given to all Massachuset...ts State Police (likely more knowledgeable that most state troopers). The techniques used in Mark's cross-examining were beyond impressive. 1,000% would recommend Mark Monopoli to anyone that ends up in this unfortunate situation. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are not signed with Monopoli! 1 COUNT, OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, NOT GUILTY!
