I met Mark monopoli about a few weeks after I met his father Michael monopoli. I had the same exact feeling after meeting the both of them that I was in great hands, they made me feel right at home.... I actually felt like my burden was lifted instantly they had my back rite from the start...... I... actually got to say I really never worried about my situation.....( Mabie I should have a bit more) ) honestly they made me feel that content.... by far these are the two best lawyers that I have ever dealt with and I went to three other lawyers before I pick them.... Being arrested for a first offense OUI was a difficult experience. Within a day, through word-of-mouth, I was on the phone with Mark on a Saturday afternoon going over the details of my case and what I could expect at my arraignment on Monday morning. From those first conversations through it was cle...ar that Mark knew the process, knew the players, and knew how to put his clients in the best position for defense. He reviewed my options with me, made sure I was well-informed, and helped me to elect to pursue a jury trial in my case. Through a series of postponed trial dates, Mark dedicated time over and above what would be expected to ensure I was comfortable, knew what to expect, and was prepared to stand trial. At trial he presented a compelling case, was well-prepared, exceptionally poised, and ultimately got the jury on our side. After only 6 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned with a not guilty verdict. Further, the judge dismissed the negligent operation charge I faced based on the case presented. I can't say enough about how good Mark is at what he does, how good he was to me during the process, or how glad I am that I had him representing me.

Mark and his dad Mike did a tremendous job defending me in a OUI case. They had me completely prepared throughout the entire 8 month process including entering the court and knowing what questions were coming and how to handle them. They always called me back in a timely manner when I called them w...ith any questions. During the trial, Mark completely destroyed any case the prosecutor had against me and I received a verdict of Not Guilty.

Thanks again. Like everyone else I felt the same way, very similar of everyone of these testimonials.. Very genuine and upfront and had every situation covered.. The judge trial was fast as he carved up the police officer on cross. ( Which the officer never did anything wrong really and was recspectf...iul to me) Mark just broke him down and created reasonable doubt.
