I found Joe via referral from a close friend, best decision I've made recently. I went with Joe because he's compassionate, honest (hard to find in an attorney), and quite frankly - the best around. Sad to see the BBO abuses its power to hit a good man/father when down and attack his credibility. ... I started with Joe years ago and my case recently finished up. Will definitely hire again. Don't believe the papers, Joe's honest to a fault and I can't tell you how many times he listened to me without charging me or rushing me out (and I can be chatty). That's the type of attorney you need in your corner.

I really felt very comfortable with Attorney Samra handling my important legal matter. I hear from so many people that their lawyers don't keep them informed...not Attorney Samra...he's just the opposite....he was willing to spend as much time as I needed whether on the phone or in person, often tim...es without making an appointment...it made me feel important...but most of all...the result he achieved from me far exceeded my wildest expectations.

Attorney Samra does no advertising because he doesn't need to. He is a solo practitioner in the truest sense. He has no secretaries, paralegals, receptionists or other support staff. This means he handles every aspect of your case himself and takes full responsibility for it. His goal is to produ...ce the best possible outcome for you and is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. that coupled with the fact that he is super bright, witty and creative means you are the in the best hands possible. The fact that he has been in business for 25 years and does no advertising whatsoever is very telling. The only way he gets business is by referral. This means that he must produce good results for his clients, or he would not be referred. I would eagerly refer him to my family and closest friends...he is that good Oh, and one last thing. Most lawyers I have dealt with in the past have snarky attitudes and they think they are better than you. So, they won't take or return your call and spend as little time with you as possible. you are constantly wondering why you are still with the bozo and are constantly thinking about dumping him. Attorney Samra is the complete opposite. He takes or returns all of your calls within a reasonable time and takes all the time necessary to explain things to you. He has a great way of being able to explain in laymans terms complex legal matters...he brings it down to your level often using analogies to help you understand, he doesn't blow smoke and tells you right the way it is. In fact, for the fee I paid him, I feel like I got not only a great lawyer and great result, but also a great education in the law. He really should have been a teacher. If I had to fault him at all it would be the fact that in his zeal to keep you informed and educated, he can at times be a little long winded but this is just because he wants to be certain that you know and understand everything about your case. He is a great guy...with a great sense of humor and he exudes confidence and this rubs of on you so that you too feel confident. You feel like you can relax and not worry knowing your matter is in great hands. Can you say that about your lawyer. I highly, highly, highly recommend him.
