Jeffrey Goldstein went to battle for me since my first court date after I was arrested. He was respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable and I was very nervous about everything but I instantly coul tell I could trust him and through his hard work my case was dismissed. In Jan. 2019, during a routine traffic stop which escalated due to the particular circumstances, I was detected with a 9 mm Glock under my belt. I was accused of "carrying a firearm" without a license (MGL 269-10a), which imposes a mandatory 18 mon sentence. Based my own understanding of the circumst...ances, this would ordinarily be a slam-dunk case for the prosecutor. Then Mr. Goldstein waltzed in, and did a truly masterful job of arguing the details of the traffic stop, articulating and splitting the nuances of the facts and the case law - such that he had pried a clear and heretofore unrealized logical path to my freedom. Actually, I was convinced from the beginning that "it wasn't gonna work," and was prepared to "plead the Second," and thus I maintained a critical and generally pessimistic position of my defense on factual grounds; but there's no doubt that even when viewed from this negative perspective, Mr. Goldstein's arguments at hearing were very convincing and so we won the day! Now, there's also no doubt that Mr. Goldstein did his "homework" for me, went to bat and did his best for my advocacy. Also, my impression of Mr. Goldstein is that he is very professional, and maintains a great relationship with the court, as well as the district attorneys. So ya, in short ***** (5-stars), I would definitely recommend Mr. Goldstein!

Jeffrey Goldstein is an outstanding attorney and a very respectful and understanding man. He stood behind me in a time of great need and helped me more than I could ever thank him enough for. After being charged with multiple repeat offenses I was sure I had driven my life into the ground. After all ...the wrong I had done, Jeff still supported me and fought to help me turn it all around. He managed to make FOUR different judges see the good and the potential in me, and I was granted a second chance. I was given a continuance without a finding in each case. Jeff persisted to back me throughout the entire probation process. I was then awarded dismissals for all charges!
