Dealing with the past legalities of closing on a home, I was not looking forward to the process. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Jay and his staff. He didn't communicate with legal jargon, he communicated in lay understandable terms. My Mom's a senior, so this level of communication was... key, she didn't feel intimidated by the closing process.
