Attorney Costigan is a graduate of University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Attorney Costigan graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in juvenile and family law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine and is admitted to the practice of law before the federal courts of Massachusetts and Maine. Attorney Costigan is former co-chair of the Conciliation Program for the Worcester County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Caitlin can most often be found enjoying the great outdoors, usually in Maine, with her husband, two children and dog.
