Gives Back to those in need in Worcester

Samantha McDonald has been a dedicated and impactful attorney providing pro bono representation to the poorest of the poor in Worcester. By her direct involvement in the Lawyer For the Day program in District Court she has helped countless indigent families, elders, disabled, veterans and low wage workers elevate out of poverty and begin leading self sufficient lives. Without her involvement with the Lawyer For the Day program these litigants would be perpetually be in crisis facing medical and other debts. Her legal representation is thorough, compassionate and zealous. Her pro bono work has been so prolific she was honored with CLA's 2014 Pro Bono Publico award. Grateful for her commitment and dedication to underserved in our community.

Extremely Knowledgeable, Excellent Negotiator, Very Responsive

I am a local small business owner, and have been for the past 15 years. I have been forced to relocate my business. To say the least there have been many twist, turns and roadblocks along the way. Attorney McDonald has been there for me threw ought this ordeal. Her knowledge and ability to apply town, state and federal law coupled with her alpha predator like negotiation style is second to none. She is a busy attorney which means sometimes you can’t get an immediate response, but every response has come within 12 hours. Yes I have received responses late in the evening and early in the morning. I prefer a busy attorney rather than one who needs my billable hours on a daily basis. Her busyness means many others are using her service as I am quite honestly because she is the best I have ever had the pleasure to employ. I strongly recommend Attorney Samantha P. McDonald.

Helpful, smart attorney

I hired Ms. McDonald as my lawyer when I sold my business. Ms. McDonald was quickly responsive via email or phone when I needed her. As a newer attorney with her firm, she didn't hesitate to bring in a partner with more experience when she had concerns. I greatly appreciated her guidance and professional phrasing when writing legal documents. I would recommend her to anyone.

Opposing attorney, but very unwilling to negotiate or settle

I can't say how well Ms McDonald is representing her client's interest, but she refuses to negotiate or even answer phone calls. I would want a lawyer who seeks an expeditious and least expensive route to getting thing over with. Ms. McDonald does not seem interested in this at all.
