Saman S. Wilcox is a Junior Partner at Hebert Law Offices, where she focuses her practice exclusively in family law matters and represents clients in in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, paternity and contempt cases. Attorney Wilcox has experience in dealing with high conflict matters that involve allegations of physical and sexual abuse, allegations of parental alienation and allegations of alcohol and substance abuse.
Attorney Wilcox earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts. In 2015, Attorney Wilcox earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.
Attorney Wilcox served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Salem District Court and Worcester District Court during her law school career. In law school, she served as a Staff Editor to the UMASS Law Review and as a representative of the Student Bar Association.
From 2019-2025, Attorney Wilcox has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In 2018, Attorney Wilcox was awarded the Clients’ Security Board’s William J. LeDoux Award for her pro bono work in recouping two clients’ awards in personal injury cases. Upon graduation from law school in 2015, she was awarded the Leader of Justice Award by the University of Massachusetts School of Law for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work. In 2014, she was awarded the Adams Pro Bono Public Award. After law school, Attorney Wilcox joined a firm where she focused her practice on medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, personal injury.
Attorney Wilcox strives to ensure that her clients are met with compassion, understanding and fierce advocacy. She is also able to serve clients who primarily speak Urdu and Hindi.
Attorney Wilcox is an active member of the community and sat on the board of the Worcester Youth Center. In 2018-2019, she served as a Mentor for the Massachusetts Bar Association Tiered Community Mentoring Program in Worcester. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
