Biography
I am a Massachusetts attorney practicing Worker's Compensation for 28 years. My practice focuses on Worker's Compensation litigation and education. My practice covers the entire state (all five regional offices). I have been published on multiple occasions on Workers' Compensation topics. I lecture annually at seminars and train insurers and employers nationwide. I am a proud fellow of The College of Workers' Compensation Attorneys and on the Advisory Board of Kids' Chance MA. I am active in the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association and Kids' Chance of MA (Board member). I look forward to speaking with you about your questions.

Highly recommend!
Mr Ramsey is very detail oriented and explained things clearly. I found him to be an excellent communicator and was very responsive to calls-texts or emails. He obtained a settlement in a timely manner that exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely recommend him!

Construction Injury Compensation

I would highly recommend James. He was just awesome from the start. Told me up front what my options were. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered any questions I had in a very timely manner and got me a much bigger settlement than I expected. Couldn't be more satisfied with his service....
