Determination & transparency
During the 1st half of the motion there was a unknown certainty & anxiety of the course but he has been nothing more profucuant, he has always been honest knowledgeable & easy to talk & for it to be my 1st incident with the law I'm glad he did not let up his experience & genuine care shows truly

Got the job done!
