Adam D. Schmaelzle

My experience with Mr. Schmaelzle was a very pleasant one. In April of 2017 I received an OUI and this was the first time I had ever been arrested. Naturally, I was very scared, nervous and upset but from the moment I met Mr. Schmaelzle his confidence about my case was contagious. Mr. Schmaelzle answered all of my questions honestly while also assuring me there was bright side too. If there was something I didn't fully understand he would always find another way to explain it to me so I could. He arrived early to every single one of my court dates to make sure we had time to discuss my case before entering the court room. It was my first time getting into an accident & I had received a surcharged notice, one of my clients that I know told me that if I went alone I wouldn't have won the case, so she had referred me to Adam Schmaelzle & it was the best thing I had ever done, he was very on point with my situation; pulle...d up the scene to where I had got into my accident and I explained it to him and he understood it perfectly which was great!
